Just signed up here. Most of the forums I am on are really model-specific so its nice to have some variety among the users.
I drive a 2005 FX35 AWD with basically 90% of the available meaningful bolt-ons
suspension:
-EIBACH pro-kit springs
-GTSPEC chassis bracing:
-strut tower brace
-front lower engine tie
-front 4-pt ladder brace
-rear tie
-rear lower lateral brace
-20mm wheel spacers H&R (only in front, rear wheels dont need it)
exterior:
-painted headlight housing black
-6000K HID foglights (used as dtrl)
-LED exterior lights
-Mercedes benz side mirror turn signals (custom)
-tinted reflectors and hatch brakelight
-Black '06 Grille (modded to fit)
-Black paint-tinted tail lights
Wheels:
-OEM R35 GTR staggered 20’s - rear 20x10.5 front 20x9.5
painted Mitsubishi Phantom Black Metallic.
-stock 18’s painted black on blizzaks for the winter (changing to 370z 18’s)
misc-
-k40 undetectable
-different modules from KPtechnologies to keep my electrical systems working properly (used these instead of cutting up wires)
-PA-NIISc2 module for my iPod connection
rear wiper delete (adds 5 hp)
Future plans: BC racing Coil-overs, JWT TT or buying a “project car” (240sx, etc)
haha if you go further back to older videos, I have a bunch of “unedited” ones that are just thrown up there, but are actually “better” drifting than the “edited” video that is newer. This past winter I only had a few chances to go out and drift, where the year prior I would go out at 4am to dick around… and of course the best “drifts” I’ve had are the ones either nobody saw or were not recorded…
I used to have the stock 20’s powdercoated black: but sold them for the GTRs that I got painted (since the paint guy I use has paint that hold up better than the powdercoat I had)
for the purpose of better, OEM-appearing looks, and much better performance (they weigh only 24lbs f 27lbs r) which is pretty good for wheels of that size…the tires obv add weight.

haha I guess there arent too many in your area then… theres a million and a half near me (completely stock, obv) and hardly any modded…even rims.
Yeah there’s a few haha…i wish I would have saved up for something substantial instead of all the little stuff, but ce la vie. I’m saving up now haha…

Thanks man, like it says, they’re OEM Mercedes Cl550 turn signals. We basically took a dremel to the mirror covers and made them work haha…

Yeah I grew up there, graduated IHS in '08. I’m a junior in college now. My ex went to Edgemont, lol and a lot of kids I hang out with when I’m home are from Emont.
