I didn’t post just to state what I would like. apparently you missed the majority of my post.

city’s making progress.
younger people like the idea of living in city that’s progressing.
there’s more bang for your buck in areas of the city compared to areas of the burbs in finding a good home.

Right? I just joined in on the North Buffalo double game!

I know you said end of feb your looking to move in your build thread think the cars will all be able to move under there own power? although knowing your going from north buff to north buff we could just push them. not like the nova has never been pushed
Will you need a hand moving or are you hiring a crew?

as for a double in N.Buff. I bought a single, turned the basement bar into a kitchen, Tiled the half bath and added a shower and made a “resting” room all to the basement. and now I have “roomates” I never see. im not sure its kosher but works for me.

I am going to call @Mike93 and have him push my cars for me. I hope they can both move on their own power but time goes quick. I am not sure if I will make a thread. Minimally I will post a pic of the garage once I have it setup.

I dont think you know what you are talking about. At all. Housing in the nice areas of the city is not cheaper compared to the suburbs by a long shot. We get your agenda and sorry some of us like living in social areas with culture in our lives.

Did you not see my 2400sqft house just sold for 380k? Id hardly call that a bargain compared to a home in the sticks err sorry burbs. We live in the city because we enjoy the parks, dining, social atmosphere, culture, etc. I don’t need to judge or insult what you believe is ideal and you can in turn do the same. City is crowded enough.

We are not having YET ANOTHER city vs sticks(burbs) debate in this thread. Start your own.

Jesus Coug, relax. I got what he was saying and he wasn’t trying to start shit. City living isn’t for me either but not saying there aren’t beautiful homes outside the burbs.

Congratulations. It was exhausting for us. My wife would fall in love every time. All three that we lost were to cash buyers (i.e. investors).

For what it is worth I made 4 cash offers with absolutely no contingency on houses 6 months ago and lost each time. Investors are having a hard time too!
