New to this whole NECC think '04 Spec V

Hey guys, I’m in Edmonton and I was just wondering what this club is all about, and just wondering how many Spec V owners are in this club?

Spend some with us and you’ll know. Maybe we’ll see you mid month.

This isnt a Spec-V club, its just a Nissan club in general. We even have everything from Skyline GTRs to Nissan trucks in the club.

Come out to a meet sometime and see what we are about.

Yeah…I’ve been selling him on the club on the VBoard!

However, I probably shouldn’t have. After all, you guys all know that non-240 cars aren’t welcome in the club.

We made that rule up to try and keep you out of the club.

God Damn migget porn. :axe:

Hey, I’m just riding the tides of popularity. Maggot porn is the hottest thing right now…is that my fault?

Welcome. Come to our mid-month BBQ

And it is not just a 240 club it should be a red S13 club :finga:

Another SPEC V here. Saw your post on teh Vboard. Welcome. I’ll prob see ya when I make one of my road trips up that way.

Welcome to the NECC. :hi

Have you got Brembos?

Hahaha  what does that matter?

Matters a lot if you’re trying to look cool.

Oh yeah, stopping helps too.

Hahaha  what does that matter?[/quote]Because they’re an option on 04+ Spec V’s. I guess I can’t ask questions about a guys car here.

Yeah I’ve got the Brembo Package on my car, makes getting nice race rims for my car a little more limited I would definately have to say, so how many people on here go Auto Xing, I heard you need a team of four or something like that?

Silver Boost your car is just crazy man, how is the turbo in that baby?

Turbo is fine, thanks man.

Just have to get it retuned for the altitude here in C-town. But even running pig-rich it pulls pretty hard.

If its running rich isn’t it just another excuse to turn up the boost :E
And finding rims for autoxing is really hard if you have brembo’s. Be prepared so spend some coin for a good set of light rims

Actually, it might end up being fairly cheap! The Vboard has a GB going on for Rota rims done with the Spec bolt pattern and offset that should clear the Brembos. Price is $600 USD shipped to Canada, and two styles are being offered.

Linky goodness: http://forums.thevboard.com/viewtopic.php?t=55913&start=0

Other than that - Gramlights fit, 5Zigen FN01R-C’s fit, Brig Mag 5/Mag 8’s fit, and of course the Nismos fit. All in all, not a lot of choice - but if you’re a cheap bastard like me the Rotas are the way to go, the 17" are 15-17lbs/wheel depending on style.

no i was talking about who goes auto xing hear? I already have rims on the way Enkei RSV’s

I haven’t been to autox yet, but I plan to this year. That is, if I don’t blow the motor up from misshifting.
