this is the new way of passing on the parkway. came out tunnel went maybe .5 mile and seen apart of bumper on the parkway. looked another 100 feet and seen this car up on the barrier

its not just the weather, people are in a big fuckin hurry+snow+ lack of driving abilities = ur picture. most of the time if u drive normal thats not very likely of happening. the other big thing is people drive on bald ass tires.
