Be careful with ones that are for sale on ebay, a guy on the M3 forum bought a nice automotive extinguisher on ebay… thing turned out to be empty and he didnt find out until he actually needed it… wah wahhh…
so he didnt look at the gauge or the certification
then he deserved it, and if it didnt have either, he shouldnt have been playing gangster in his store room.
I Would just store a whole bunch of sand in your headliner, and when fire breaks out pull some sort of release cable and the sand will put out the fire. However, fire in your engine back you’re fucked. Just wait in the car until the fire reaches the cabin, then pull it.
Also remember that pre-mature sand ejaculation will get you made fun of by your friends, and your car will still burn.
did you just propose meat curtains that release sand?
sandy vag?
guage was stuck to full (so he said)
if you want, I can see if my dad still has the foam extinguisher system from the challenge. I’m pretty sure he kept it.
GJ! Can I hit your nitrous switch? hehe.
nice wire tuck! clean
looks good
I feel like it would always surprise people to know how long everything REALLY takes. When you’re doing a car like this, and every step requires THINKING as well as DOING, it just takes a long long time to get done.
Quoted for truth and because it’s more believable when a DIY guy says it vs. someone that runs a shop. The amount of hours spent on a custom build like this car is astronomical. It’s hard to understand until you’ve done it. The time spent planning and deciding on the supplies to make something alone really add up over the course of building up a car. That’s before you even get into executing your plan. Then despite the best planning there will always be times where you need to alter your plan before/during/after execution etc. The time just adds up.
amen
gay men?
yes please!
faux fi-teenz didnt see no wyahzzzz
Really happy w/ the way that this came out:
now you have more room for more gauges or something nifty. like a flower vase or ash tray
OR A TV!!!
Lol, but yeah… it’s nice to have some available space for switches for my underbodies and nitrous purge and interior blacklights.
