I have court tonight, if it’s still light out I will, else I’ll do it tomorrow.
it should be GTS until you make this AWD. I kid, it looks great.
I was wondering how you planned on painting it the logo. Very nice.
Car looks awesome.
Looks sick sitting on the ground.
Any pics of the drive shaft?
I always thought I would like for the door guards to be gone like you have it. Now seeing it with the front bumper ones still on I think I would prefer it with the guards.
Car looks mean I like it.
Did you installed the pink LED under bodies?
I hate hate hate the door moldings. I am soooo glad I shaved mine.
No pics of the driveshaft. It’s a dual flange slipjoint unit.
I agree I do to but for some reason I think the line would look good there.
I would really like to see what they did for the driveshaft.
It’s just their r32 skyline driveshaft with an E30 rear piece.
Looks identical to this giant pic:
How much did it set you back?
600 bucks. I probably could have had something scabbed together for half the cost, but the fact that I was able to call, order it, and have it in less than a week was a great selling point. It’s REALLY close to part of the driveshaft tunnel, but it’s a part that can be easily cut out. I’ll have to see if it hits when the trans torques.
Interesting, awesome turn around time, well worth the money.
so it’s length adjustable? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before
Lovin’ it man! Had a few thoughts on a few areas…take it or leave it:)
leave it.
dont paint the fender flares or the intercooler. you should paint the grille like previously posted to match lip. car looks good
Every driveshaft has some play in the length. It’s not an “adjustment” so much as it’s designed to deal with chassis flexing… Most use a slip yoke at the transmission. Since this has 2 flanges, the slip is in the middle of the shaft.
right…got ya
did you send them measurements on what your approximate length is?
Question:
Why does the drive shaft need the slip joint?
