yeah. there is NO WAY the IC can move at all…
I think it’s going to look badass… kind of like the JDM oil cooler look. Love it.

And that can’t be moved/angled either? I don’t know what he has room wise to work with i just think it would look rather shitty with the bottom half of the IC sticking out and if it was me I would do what I could to avoid it. I don’t know though perhaps he already explored that option hence why I asked.
edit: Didn’t realize how the radiator support was on an e30, i guess moving it is not an option at all
i think it’s going to look awesome, personally.
if theres nothing you can do, then theres nothing you can do. It is what it is. I just think its gonna look kind of ghetto. Those ones above leave a lot to be desired. Oh well, gotta do what ya gotta go to make it work.
good call on the shaving the moldings, I say gold for the end-tanks.
as long as you like it thats all that matters i suppose. The exposed oil cooler pics you showed look like crap though, not because of the cooler but because of the way they routed the lines. Looks like dog shit.
here’s a well done bosozoku car:
tons of pics here:

man, i love the routing of the lines. I think it’s hot as hell… it’s all business.
Meh you always seem to love retarded crap on cars. It just seems slapped on as second thought when they could have easily left the grills and routed the lines through it. Oh well back on topic how much body work do you have left till paint?
not sure. id like to think it will be painted in about one month.
Are those headlights in the rubstrip?
turn signals. maybe converted to headlights? idk.
interested in customizing the mtech a bit to kind-of form around the intercooler with style? lol.
EDIT:
I almost think it would look better if you just cut those lower “vents” i will call them in the bumper just to route the intercooler piping through, and just mount the whole intercooler outsied the bumper…ill Pshop quick…BRB
not really. I’ll look into it once i get it cut out… but anything i can think of is kinda dumb.
i’m reserving any judgment until i actually get the bumper cut.
Don’t you need headlights to register/inpect it and drive it legally on the street? I’m assuming that’s a concern. Either way it’s creative.
bing used to have his oil cooler lines ran like that on his s13 coupe looked cool… are you using single turbo conversion? do you need a front mount that big? could u cut the core down a little so its not so tall like take an inch or so off?
looks like a track car to me.
ill re-post later…im going to change the color of the car and bumper to the BMW green and the intercooler endtanks the color of the wheels, and the fins black.
THANKS.
i think it will look pretty sick…
(ps the whole front of the metal bumper is covered with black trim and a euro sized plate holder)
yes! that looks awsome look like u could shoot the pipes through the fog light holes
