The array of colors actually looks pretty awesome!!
Nice work! Your attention to detail is amazing!
This thread and TurboLS1’s are the reasons I even visit this site!
I think you figured it out, but yeah, anaerobic sealer doesn’t “set up”, it stays gooey wherever it’s not squashed. I use this on my bedplates, cam caps, etc…, and where is oozes out, it will stay gooey for years.

I was thinking about using this powdercoat on my engine.
Or should I get this color:
You’re never going to be able to sell this. lol.
you and choko seem to have similar beliefs on resale values.
do strait up lilac
I bet mike at newera has that FP in stock, and any install parts you might need.
Are you choosing colors based on what you use at work, or just going 80’s?
I found your driving shoes too.
eh, most of the zany colors are hidden from the eye. I want a color that works with the color of the car. Keep in mind it’s kind of yellow-ish in natural light so whatever color I pick needs to be a good match to both.
I also want the motor colors to POP so it’s obvious that it’s not supposed to be there…
Someone suggested woodgrain, witch would rule, but is too hot for vinyl.
plus if you go brown and get the turbo polished it will make it POP x100000
That picture does give me a good idea though. I think I am going to paint the center ornament cover body color, and everything else purple.
This way I can save the nissan emblem that is glued onto the cover.
Kind of how his center is black… Except my center will be body color and the rest of the valve cover and timing cover will be purple.
Your little subscripts on your webpage are pretty entertaining, I enjoyed reading everything.
I can’t comment on what you’ve done recently because I haven’t dabbled in the 74 pages of this thread yet…but you’ve got a lot of work put into this car, best of luck getting it where you want it!
do the woodgrain. airbrush. itll be worth it.
im telling you woodgrain with an airbrush is whats up. and the motor for my camaro is plum crazy purp
