Next time you see me

howard is already huge. he has legs like fucking tree trunks. i dont think he will ever be under 200lbs.

howie, what did you weigh back when you were playing football?

I dunno why but I found this post hilarious…

HAHAHAHAH

^ lol

you laughed for good reason, it is funny

205 - 210

but my frame got bigger I know that.

See, what happened was, I got into college around 205 ish.

Gained 50 lbs my first year

hovered around there second

started working out like a mother 3rd year

gained a retarded amount of mass

stopped working out everyday, still worked out once every so often.

still retained a lot of my mass (as most can see) but now there this fat I need to get rid of.

If I got rid of the fat and kept 90% of my mass, I would still undoubtedly be above normal size.

It’s just getting rid of the fat that seems to be tricky.

I mean, i love food. I love carbs (rice, pasta, etc). But thankfully, I LOVE tofu.

I love you too

i’m so confused.

I am 6’3" 228ish (damn jack, we can share clothes!!! OMGz!), and likely have 100% body fat, and 0% muscle.

As soon as I figure out how to put the gym together that I just bought from zer0daze, I am going to start lifting at least 3 times a week, I hope to make that more like 5 times a week.

I dont really care about losing weight, although it would be nice, I would rather just gain muscle. (and loose the beer gut, I guess)

I also want to pick up a bag so I can keep up the Krav Maga training for cardio, as well as picking up a trainer for my road bike.

I bought a rice cooker / veg steamer, and have been eating a lot of steamed vegs lately… broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, carrots, and edamame. I try and limit snacking to soy crisps or either canned or fresh fruit. I have eliminated sugar and creamer in my one cup of coffee every morning. I still eat out a lot which is the killer, but I have been making an effort to eat better when I do it.

I am in, on whatever type of bet / contest / whatever you guys want to setup.

I do believe it’s been turned into a general “support group” and all betting has been placed on the side…

:gotme:

6’3.5" 260lbs

im a huge mofo…

HAHAHAH

Good idea… now get some fashion sense and you have a deal

And next time you see me Howie you will be seeing a lot more of me.

No, im not talking about the salad tossing tourney we still have to finish.

as am I…and its making me go broke

but i guess going broke from entering a healthy lifesyle is better than going broke from just plain old getting fat…

http://www.utopia-asia.com/gal/junpix/Jun5.jpg

In september of 04 I weighed 305,now I am 240.I ate 2000 calories a day, high fiber,2 gallons of water. No fad diet BS,I learned the ways of the force and trained my mind to not crave crap food.

Some food I eat…Sushi, oats brown rice, whole wheat bread, tuna, seafood, lean cuts of meat.I try to stay away from things loaded with heavy sodium.Coffee really gets me going in the morning,i love it.

6’0" 190lbs here…

Im one of the few that still wanna gain weight… i need to lose 10lbs of fat and gain 20lbs of muscle… want to be 200lbs eventually…
(Im sick of being 6 foot and 190 lbs and still feeling small around my friends… maybe it’s just that Im mental. )

unless I start looking too big… then I will prolly cut back the mass building to strength training or something.

Would also like to get my flexibility back that i had back in my actual ninja days.

My only measurement of my progress, is how i look… and how i feel… that’s really all that’s important to me.

I don’t need to be the jackoff with too much weight on the bench press.

One month into my workout “routine” my progress so far is as expected… I know exactly what I need to do to get the results I want… just learn listen to your own body, i think that’s important as well.

I just need a job that allows me to get into a better routine… cause right now, it is completely random what time i get to work out.

So far i cut back on Soda, Coffee, Caffinated products in general, Alcohol, and fast food… I still eat the things i want… just less of it, or not till im completely stuffed.

EDIT:

I check out www.abcbodybuilding.com for ideas on workouts and such… anyone else have website they go to?

well my diet is off to a wonderful start…

Friday night… Tomy Romas… I had 2 full racks of ribs, 3 sides, and 50+ ounces of beer and then the apple fritter dessert.
Sat night Red Lobster… 2 baskets of biscuits, stuffed mushrooms, and the ultimate feast… then we had the keylime pie, and I had 2 beers again.

umm… I think I gained 10 lbs

dude, thats totally alright. do a google search for a study by harvard, or maybe the new england journal of medicine…it is called “calories count for half on weekends” or something. i think they specifically mention ribs as one of the things you can just eat an abundance of and never gain weight as long as it is on a weeend.

this was in respsonse to, and actually disproves, another study that calories consumed are actually of a lesser value during hours that falls on a day of the week that ends in “day”

yes. the NWS forum. good for at least a ten minute warm up. when i get back from the game i will post some really good sites…not neccesarily lifting, more movement instructions. bordeline pilates. but you can totally use it to manage a resistance plan.

i now what you mean about not being the guy who strives for the heaviest bench number. i dont ever bench more than 95 lbs. kind of like bruse lee, dude harldy ever lifted a weight in his life i think. all isometrics.

I call :bsflag:
