So here is a slap in the face for me today. Back on the 18th I ordered a 40th Anniversary Sabres Ennis jersey online from NHL.COM because they had it the cheapest around even with shipping. I wake up today and get an email on phone heading to work titled “TODAY ONLY! Free customization on jerseys” So I call NHL.COM and ask them if there is any way for them to credit me the charge for the customization of the jersey since it was only ordered 8 days ago and I don’t even have it yet. All they would say was sorry its a black friday deal only. I even asked to speak to a manager and the same kid came back to the phone and said he said the same thing. I’m like really? This is fucked up. I told them I would have just waited 8 days to order the fucking thing and save $55. I’m not going to buy anything from now on until after Black Friday. I fucking hate this day.
