The front wheel was in bad shape and so was the front frame. For what I got quoted to fix it I just scrapped it.

Room mates bike. My college room mate keeps his motorcycle at his parent’s residences, which is in close proximity to my place of employment. He can’t keep the bike at our apartment.

My bike. I keep it at our apartment, since there’s nowhere else for me to put it.

Also dumping a bike in an intersection CAN NOT result in a bent, broken, or any shit front wheel. Let alone a bent head tube/frame section either. The forks bend first 9 times out of 10.

And the damage above can ONLY come from direct impact on the bike. IE hitting a solid object, like a curb, quarter panel of a car, brick wall… Lowsiding a bike and bending the frame and front wheel is such a long shot its not even funny. I’ve put bikes down, repaired bikes that went down with out hitting solid objects, etc. Simple physics says it doesnt happen.
