that’d be cool, but i doubt many of our cars would be CARB legal in the states. could you imagine getting your car impounded down there? lol
CARB only applies to California (California Air Resource Board). Nothing to worry about as far as CARB inspections go. Cops are really chill out in Seatle / Oregan way. I have heard of plenty of “that’d never happen in Ontario stories” from there. And even in California, I don’t think they could just start issuing fix it tickets because some dudes muffler doesn’t have a CARB number, if the car is legally registered in a different country. But hey, we all receive tickets we should never have been issued in the first place.
