CARB only applies to California (California Air Resource Board). Nothing to worry about as far as CARB inspections go. Cops are really chill out in Seatle / Oregan way. I have heard of plenty of “that’d never happen in Ontario stories” from there. And even in California, I don’t think they could just start issuing fix it tickets because some dudes muffler doesn’t have a CARB number, if the car is legally registered in a different country. But hey, we all receive tickets we should never have been issued in the first place.
