I changed the domain of the blog just recently.
Well the information I got back then and the blog post pre-dates the design of G37 and 370Z. The big breaking news back then was the confirmed return of the Silvia, and the images are nothing more than your usual “Best Car” chops and renderings.

well that looks like shit. and nothing like a s2000 with a hardtop. they better redesign it, make it look good and put a turboed 4 in it…they prob wont though, since nissan doesn’t like to make anything except ugly cars now a days.
You’re trying to say the 370z looks like the Genesis? I think the Genesis looks more like a Tc than a 370z. Yes they both have the long nose and short back, but don’t most sports cars? (the vette and viper come to mind)
Look at the hood, front fenders, Windows and front bumper and front headlights of the Genesis and 370Z and tell me they dont have the same exact curves…
The Genesis does not have boomerang headlights, the 370z does.
The 370z has ‘teeth’, the Genesis does not, it has a wider front grill.
370z has the ‘GTR’ roof line, Genesis has a very smooth and fluid roof line.
The Genesis has a ‘hip’ that goes from the door to the back of the car.
The only similarities I see are things EVERY sports car has.

The main thing I dont like about the g37, 370z ect is the short trunk or hatch. It looks like a bitch with a fat ass, like way too fat! I guess I’m stuck on the squarish, longer look of an S13 coupe.
If they stretched the rear out a bit and made the car not as tall, IMO it would be the sex.
