it’s mostly been changed and added to throughout the 2 years, but at first it was pretty much a direct copy.
one section, meets & events, is still identical to ours

copied word for word.
And your rules section wasn’t written from scratch either. Most parts in there are generic clauses that were copied from other forums.
Seems like whoever started nissannation took the whole ‘borrowing’ thing one step further and basically copied your entire forum layout. That’s a bit more serious, I agree (I’d be upset too), but it still doesn’t negate the fact that TNC also copied parts of other sites. This shit happens all the time. Is it worth a court battle? I wouldn’t bother. It’ll tie up a ton of time and money.
