No Front Plate Ticket :-(

Cliff’s: You need to break the law to enjoy and/or modify vehicles.

Some day you’re going to grow up and realize what an idiot you sounded like when you made this statement.

Take that attitude to a guy who drives his unmodified DD around all week, and drives his handbuilt drag car (or his corner carving road car, to be fair) at the track. I’d love to hear his reaction to you telling him that your lack of a front license plate, pimptastic rims, eye-blinding paint, vinyl stickers, and pastel engine decorations make you more of a car enthusiast.

OP: Sucks you got nailed, but its illegal, and that is that. Good news is, you’ll probably get away with it. Good luck.

The only thing gayer than VWs are the dudes who drive them.

i dont know if it has been said yet i could not look at page 1 … but you have to pay this fine … but go to the town you live in and get lost plate paper work fill it out and get it on file they will never be able to wright you a ticket… there is no system they use to file it or anything its just paper…so do it every 2 years when you get new plates…:thankyou:

 Sorry if you think I’m less of an enthusiast because I think it’s absolutely fucktarded to not put a front plate on a generic econobox because it’ll “ruin its lines.”

And really. If you want to call me out on not being a car enthusiast, you could point out that I don’t have a car, or that I have never heavily modified a car, or that I have social skills and an attractive wife. It’s really a lot easier than yelling “Hay! Real car gais break st00pid laws!”

^lol.

I fixed that problem with this on my bmw…

Side note, the difference between the night crew and day staff are so obvious:

no front plate is not a fix-it-ticket. it’s a must pay.

Destroy the sexiness, eh?

Side note: I haven’t used my front plate in 4 years. Never been stopped for it. If I do, oh well.

counsel has spoken. motion to close?

I second.

This whole courtroom is out of order!

My closing argument: To the original poster: Check out www.nysdmv.com. They have all sorts of information there.
