I have a 96 Subaru Legacy L for a winter car, I have a key for the vehicle but no Keyfob, I have the factory power locks. Is there any place cheap to purchase a keyfob (possibly Universal) that I can use?
if you live in buffalo, i would just go and get a universal remote starter installed, the can be had for around $200 and would solve your problem and give you a toasty car every morning!

Haha, I also have a '96 Legacy and I’m missing the remotes. I won’t do a remote start because I don’t want to always leave it in neutral.

I bought Key Fobs but someone cut the Programming button off of the Keyless entry box wires… So now I am stuck, any other ideas? lol
