No oil cooler?

Car came from the factory with the GU5 (3.23) axle, which means I should have an oil cooler, but I don’t. :confused: I was thinking of removing it anyway since it’s been known to be a problem with clogging. Just not sure why I don’t have one.

I’m also thinking about doing an oil accumulator. Worthwhile?

What about an aftermarket oil cooler?

Im going through a rebuild right now… i wont be using an oil cooler to start with. see what oil psi is. oil would prolly be about the same temp as the antifreeze. You can get a good oil cooler with unniveral fit from summit. just mounth it so it gets some air flow to it.
