Then i’d go to one of those loan shops like Beneficial or Household. The rate will suck, so get it fixed for only 2 years (over 30), get two years worth of W2s under your belt, then you should be able to get a good loan from just about any qualified broker… the banks still might not give you a fair shake, but you’ll be moving forward instead of standing still. :dunno:
