Yup for whatever reason Quebec is the only place we are reciprocal with for points. However if you get a ticket out of state and don’t pay it, it will find its way to your NY record.

yea can’t get away with not paying out of state tickets anymore, but i travel through the states i get tickets in quite frequently so i always pay them. and i really need to stop driving cars that don’t have v1s in them.
