Hey son, been planing to swap out my old rusty subframe on my 89 s13, i have a subframe out of a 92 that has a hicas delete bar on it will it work on my non hicas car?? Also any opionins on Aluminum subframe bushings vs poly? Thanks!

If you have the hicas delete bar then you will be ok. Another solution is just using the hicas subframe and swapping over your non-hicas knuckles and using those toe arms… Subframes are the same just the knuckle is different.
As ive heard from others telling me, the solid aluminum bushings will be loud clattering if your just daily driving your car. Your best bet is getting poly its quiet and comfortable
