NYS inspection for salvage car out of state?

yea the car was salvage in PA. brought it over and fixed. it. the airbag has been replace but the srs light still on. is there a fix? the car pass the normal inspection already.
the motor was swap with a lower milage one but idonno if it stolen. i needa car fax it or somthing. can anynone help
