Gonna have to watch these a few times till I have a mental memory of this track.

thanks for posting the vids Rocket. I love the commentary lol

a really nice mix of turns, with some nice elevation changes. it might not be a world class track, but it’ll be very very fun! great design

That’s insane.

Uphill turn at 1:07 is going to be nuts!

We’re going to be running SCCA road races there next year too, will be awesome having another track off of 88. Right on the way to the glen.

Can’t wait for this place to be done next year.

Incredible. I know what a big part of my budget will be allocated to.

This I’ve spent more in the past 4 weeks getting ready for this track next year than I have in 4 months.:rofl

Thank god I didn’t sell my leathers, but I’m gonna have to lose a few lbs to fit into them again. Its been awhile.

HiSpeed, you riding your R6 right?

People, i know this is still kinda early, but If you came across any info about any clubs with confirmed dated. Do post.

Here is the email I got from TTD:

2013 DATES

For 2013 we are planning to run at 3 different tracks - and possibly 4! (more on the 4th track in the next email)

The 3 tracks that are almost definite are Thunderbolt in New Jersey, the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and the new track in New York called the New York Safety Track.

Right now, the only dates confirmed are for the NYST. (June 2,3 and August 18,19).

As soon as all of our dates are confirmed, we’ll be adding them to the homepage of the TTD website and that is when I’ll send out another email to everyone.

Yeah I saw that here’s hoping hey wont be the only track organizers working with NY. I find them a bit pricey.

Friend of mine rides with Team Pro Motion an they have 30 something days at this track from what he told me also one of the Pro Motion owners had part of creating this track… I know i will be out there this Spring with the Rc51

All trackdays are pricey, cheap trackdays are called race practice. :rofl

You can do cheap tracdays with ttd, all you need to do is to do five of them in a season. Most every club I know is membership based, like TPM. If you are only going to do just one or two, It will cost you.

Absolute cycle seems cheaper then TTD, also TTD is only doing 4 trackdays in our area. it looks like the membership fee of the other organizer team motion seems lower as well.

Not gonna lie I was sooo looking forward to trackdays!! and I have slowly (as money allows) been buying the proper gear for track days, all I really need now is leathers I have everything else lol, ill be saving for a couple months to get those lol, then seeing these prices for the clubs and for riding… there is almost no way possible I can afford to do any track days this year on minimum wage lol… whats the rules for spectacting? ill come do photo/video coverage for yall lol… and if someone joins a club that allows to bring a guest pleas invite me:P lol
