You didn’t sign it, if you genuinely did not sign it, state that you didn’t sign it.
It may be notorized, but you hold to it, in a professional manner that you did not sign it, and you have no idea who the notary is. all they need is a little bit of forensics and they can tell its a fake sign. Even the best forgeries can be proven fake.

Definitely sounds like something that should be counter sued… but talk to a lawyer and see where you stand. I’m pretty sure you can postpone things… for just about every reason
