to start, i sold my arai(regret it now). i’ve been wearing my old hjc and it blows.
orderd a new helmet, front and rear stainless lines, front and rear pads, and brake fluid!

IDK how the newer hondas are but my 636 is a squirly motherfucker without the damper. Considering how long you have been riding and how agressive you are already I would make that the next mod.
I am actually in the process of applying to graduate schools back in my hometown of Albany, so it looks like my bike is going to be gone soon. :meh: It is actually up on albany craigslist as of 20 min ago.
ill prolly be picking up a gpr within the next couple weeks. maybe sooner.

Never tried an Arai, but my HJC FS-15 is quite comfortable I find…I think that’s the top line of HJC
My no-name $20 (new, DOT approved, China made) helmet from eBay for passengers…now that’s another story
I love my Shoei, used a HJC last year and it was super bulky and loud compared to the RF1000
Yup I wore my buddies rf1k and it was night and day compared to my hjc.
If I were to buy a new helmet anytime soon it would be shoei hands down…

the HJC isn’t bad, but when you do get an Arai or Shoei you don’t want to go back.
