It’s definitely no NYSpeed but it’s all I got around here for riding. One of these weekends I’ll come out to Buffalo to ride again, and definitely later this summer.
ugh i love that repsol.
we all pretty much just call/text to meet up now. we never really had many people come out from here that we didnt already ride with. I’m going on 1500 miles for the year and I could have alot more. Suit will be here this week
I’m up to 25, lol.
I passed a 1000rr orange/yellow on the side of the road in front of a truck with another bike in the back. Geoff? they waved i think, but maybe it was because i was staring… so i waved back lol
Haha…Willybeen broke my bike and they were loading it up lol. (he didn’t really, fuel line came loose and it shut down on him)
I don’t see 100 tie downs so I know geoff was just standing aside watching
haha
Bikes all better now, just bought a $15 clip and slapped that line back on, no biggy  sorry it put a halt on the ride tho
oh hai!
edit: did you see me!?!? =)
I didn’t, I was at work the whole day, I let Will take the bike out since he was in town, better than just sitting in a parking lot at work lol
Glad it wasnt anything serious… i was being very well behaved all day… also, get that cable fixed!

Hahaha…sooo…about that clutch cable:
Bought the lubrication tool from Hebeler’s, it was only $10 so I figured that’s not too bad. So I go to take the cable off the lever, cable breaks. I get pissed, whatever, and then go to take the lever assembly/adjuster screw apart so I can get the end of the cable out at least…the fucking adjuster screw strips itself, and just before the damn thing comes out, the lever cracks.
So…
Adjuster screw: $28.99 shipped
Clutch Cable: $15.99 shipped
Clutch Lever: $16.99 shipped
Clutch Lever Holder: $27.99 shipped.
I think this is it for repairs, I’m going to fix this little mishap and then cut my losses with the bike. Come spring time I won’t have a job (student teaching full-time) and it’d be nice to have a $5,000 buffer to live out for the time I won’t be working.
I can’t afford to keep dropping bills on this bike lol.
^it didnt need HID’s, cowl, stickers, etc etc
that clutch was VERY dangerous as it stood btw.
Yeah srsly, my hand was getting really sore from using it. I wished I would’ve known of these future issues, I would’ve sold this baby in a heartbeat lol.
its still a great bike, i think youd be happier on an 05-06… you need to swap with anthony sometime… his bike is amazing.
0 problems with mine as long as you keep up on the general maintenance. I have a cable luber you couldve used, Chris. Let me know if you need help with anything.
^ps… that was me who honked in the blue pickup when you guys were at mighty, i tried to call, but no answer… ps, did you guys get pulled over down in ellicotville?
to the red cobalt ss who was riding my ass last night and almost hit my friend who was 2 up… get the huge smile off your face asshat…
we get up on the 190 in a construction zone and I’m doing about 55 60 look in my mirror and there is a red cobalt ss riding my ass super hard so I put my blinker on and jump into the right lane, he then floors it up to my buddy who was in front of me and does the same thing… ridiculous, we weren’t even provoking him… wtf.
Bump. Does anyone use this still?
This thread died when it got warm. I guess everyone is out riding :dunno:
