Is there some trick to getting O2 sensors loose? I screwed up the threads on the sensor and in the y-pipe bung. Tried appying heat which seemed like it was working, but obviously didn’t. Can’t use solvents, right?
pb blaster, just dont get on the tip, litly atiesiese them befor u put them back in!!!u using 7/8 open or boxsd?
Tried a flare nut wrench but wasn’t long enough. Can’t get a box over the connector - had to use open.
I guess a little PB would have been better than no threads left.
i have o2 tools if u need them!!is it one of the front ones or is it a rear one?
It was a front one, but I already dicked it up. I’ll be more careful with the other side.
do you need jack stands??
have two pairs, unlike someone who wasn’t using them cough…Mike…cough
Okay, I just got it. No I don’t fit under it without jack stands!
sucker
