o2 simulators?

which one do you people reccomend??

for the evo i used help anti foulers… got them from autozone for 3 bucks, worked wonders with no codes

dunno if this would go the same for the lexus

dont you have a cat ? what are the 02 sims neded for ?

Caution with the electronic MIL simulators.

You will FAIL an OBDII inspection if you have one. The electronic mil simulator forces the ECU into a constant not ready state and the OBDII inspection computer picks up on that.

The mechanical solutions will pass but they tend to be inconsistent.

hes going test pipe setup …but he can swap cat and install 02 sensor for inspection time…unless he is losing his fronts too

not true a good O2 sensor will show a varying voltage in the range that is needed to not through a code. I have pass Il state OBD2 emisions twice with O2 sims and we have had OBD2 scans a lot longer than NY has. I personally use Casper but they hate snow and cold weather

No problems for me with the anit-foulers, Done it on 2 different cars now without any issues. It works and its cheap and NO splicing.
