Ocean's 11, 12, 13 Box Set Review

The only BD movie I have watched on the PS3 is Blazing Saddles and that was impressive considering it’s age.

Now, if I can barrow Itagaki’s Ocean’s 11, 12 and 13 on BD and compare, I expect it to look better. BUT, here are the following reasons why it might not (pure speculation).

  1. The FREE movies that Sony has given away as part of the rebate thing are “outstanding” as far as them revitalizing them so they are all going to look great on BD

  2. The 360’s HD capabilities were/are an afterthought and it was crappily done.

  3. My set and the 360 do not get along as far as HD movies go.

The strange thing is, 300 on HD-DVD exhibited the same anomolies that Ocean’s 12 did when I watched it.

Once I see, the Ocean’s box set, I will let you know.
