OEM parts illegal??!

seems like a slippery slope, hopefully this sort of foolishness dosent spread

a cop and a judge on a power trip.

[sarcasm]wonderful[/sarcasm]

William Hawbold 09:35 AM whats that bitch doing out of the kitchen in the first place?

lol epic

lol I thought the same

It will get overturned if he fights it. The federal gov’t created the DOT to control these regulations therefore a cop nor a judge has the ability to supersede or rule against the regulations.

As previously stated this sounds like a cop and judge on a power trip where there is a corrupt police and judicial system.

Well he clearly painted/tinted his tail lights. I can see where they are giving him a problem and this article isnt even correct. Read the facts people and stop believing everything you read.

Didn’t see the pictures or comments below the article… yea he’s screwed and that article is completely incorrect

those look factory to me…

did you look below the article?

that first pic is a stock tail light photo, apparently not what the “victim” was rocking on his car at the time of the ticket.

from the pic it almost looks like he took off the lens cover and painted over teh chrome to match the car

come on guys, the law is the law… just obey

http://cache.gawker.com/assets/images/comment/12/2010/07/6a1f814de862a3a8d091f609140adae2/original.jpg they are NOT stock…

what’s the difference between what he did and blacked out lights?

WAAA I tinted my tails and got a ticket. WAAA. But they are OEM parts. WAAAA. That cop and judge are mean. WAAAA.

Altered oem parts do not fit in the same category as original oem parts.

yea fuck him lol

blacked out tail lights don’t have bright brake light output. it is a stupid mod to do unless you are trying to get rear ended.

Starting to notice a trend with your posts today.

But it looks so siq…

So, he tinted his OEM tails, got a ticket, and is being a little bitch about the judge saying thats illegal?

Fucking Idiot.
