pretty sure I’d rather make more money and pay more taxes than live below the poverty line and pay less taxes.
You pay less here, I wouldn’t say you’re getting a greater value. You get a lot more public services there, and here either you or your employer are paying a shitload for your healthcare.
Lol of course. It was kind of sarcastic. The lower percentage of taxed income doesn’t change how little money I make. If I was older and lived on my own I would have a lot of trouble getting by.
I get about 27% taken per paycheck.
Whenever I work overtime though, I hardly get much more money than when I don’t.
I must be right on a borderline bracket for taxes or something.
1 dependent.
I get more or less all of it back at tax time.
Gotta fix that this time around -.-
16%. lol.
have 16 kids youll owe less i promise
ok, i’ll try that. Gonna give the stork a call and see if he leases for tax season.
That would be stellar. I can’t imagine saving for 3-4 childrens’ futures yet alone 16.
What are you complaining about again? Being self employed, and being able to control my money throughout the year is cool. I try to set aside more than I’ll need, to give myself a “return”. With deductions & credits, it worked out pretty good this year.
