Just got this little guy for ZERO DOLLARS.
i don’t expect him to be around very long though. we have a few other BIG DOGS that might get a little rough at “play time”

bump for pitbull awareness day
Just got a new girl she is 4 months old.
She was rescued because some guy at a gangster bar was bragging about using a new pitbull puppy to make his adult pit more aggressive…her scars are healing up and hair is growing back.
That’s awful, but at least she has a good home now. :tup:

my dog maxie. she’ll be 9 next january. she’s a shiloh german shepard. the shilohs are a more rare line of the german shepards, and they’re most noted for being larger, having better hips, a straighter back, more intelligent, and less aggressive then the typical german shepard. my dog’s father was actually in training to be a police dog but failed becuase he wouldnt bite, lol.
maxie is about 120 lbs. i love this dog, best dog ive ever had or been around.

These runts currently live with us! My roommate and I picked these two up January 15th 2010. His is Kobe and mine is the strawberry blonde, Maggie. They are just coming up on 2 this November. They are brother and sister, but brought in from a pregnant mother at the SPCA who was rescued. Maggie is now about 75 lbs, and Kobe is about 85.
Best dog I’ve ever had, and been raising her on my own since I was 21. I have her a lot at Delaware park, museum side, letting her run around off the leash.
Blurry, but when I first got her… …and no way would I of been able to take care of 2 puppies around the clock if I wasn’t in a cast for 6 months… haha
