you really can’t shatter a windpipe, its cartilage. Hitting to the throat more or less will cause someone to losing their breath and a difficulty breathing…
Of course a harder hit, could cause severe damage to vocal chords and what not, and a good amount of swelling. Yes the swelling could completely stop his breathing but by that time. They would have a tracheotomy ready to go…
So its not like a Booom shatter dead… its more like slow breathing, pass out, and a shit load of pain when they cut his throat open.
