Boston-91pts (1 point allowed)
Washington- 88pts (They can win out, but Carolina can only gain 1 more point)
Buffalo- 86pts (Must win their remaining games for anything above in parentheses to matter)
First off, the Sabres need to win their remaining 3 games before anything else matters. Then they need 2 of the teams with 91pts to lose out to make it in. Washington is going to make it, imo, so if Carolina loses out (or gets 1 pt max), the Caps get the 3rd seed and Carolina drops to 10th. However unlikely this may seem to be, it’s still possible.
