Here’s a stat line for ya, it’s called plus minus
Noob.
Vanek And Kotalik are the primaries on the PP. So when they do score. They DO NOT get a +1. Vanek @ -7 is third in the NHL in PP Goals. Kotalik is -4 with 11 PP goals 5 behind Vanek, he also has 12 assists too.
I LOVE ALL OF THAT
MOSTLY NUMBER 2!!! cept i’ve always hated him lol
thanks for posting something coherent. it seems as though the last half page or so is just people making blanket generalizations without much fact. i started to reply to some of the garbage, but then stopped myself… it just isn’t worth it.
o i know it just isn’t worth it lol did i miss the part where posting links from offical hockey sites weren’t facts?
your just to fucking cool for nyspeed man. congrats.
sorry.
so for those that hate miller
and im starting to see more and more he has lost a step it seems
what is your alternative? who is out there in the market that we can pickup and WILL be better? i dont know of any all-star goalies that can make the move over here and wont be a question mark.
:bloated:
before last night… name the only player to score more than one goal in the shootout this season…
its a rhetorical question.
kotalik.
so, when you post up that you don’t know why ruff puts kotalik on the shootout, it illustrates to virtually every reader that you are an idiot. out of all the players on the team, he is the one player that you KNOW will be put in shootout situation every single time.
im not too cool for nyspeed. it just becomes tedious swatting at all the low hanging fruit that people post on here. especially when its so obviously incorrect that it almost becomes pointless to refute.
its like having someone try to argue that water isn’t wet, or that the sky is neon green. why waste your time.
:bloated:
Seriously he was fucking solid last year with the shootout. He is just predictable with his 2 moves. Either its a forehand snap shot, or backhand up top. Which is fine, it just seems like he commits to 1 move before he even touches the puck.
I still agree he is the first one to go every time.
I bet most players do commit to one shot before they touch the puck. Roy said after the game that he had thought about what he was going to do before hand. Then when the time came, he did it.
I would assume you have a back up plan if the goalie completely shuts you down.
I personally think kotalik’s two moves are flawless. Start it out forehand, if the goalie commits bring it backhand, all he has to do is worry about spacing with the pokecheck from the goalie. He uses both sides of the net and gets the goalie on the move. If the forehand snap shot is there… then take it.
the shootout against Biron was the perfect example. Biron left the forehand WIDE open, cause he knew he was going to bring it backhand. Probably caught that from kotalik’s approach.
Well the Capitals just picked up Huet for a draft pick. Montreal’s new goalie is some rookie phenom. It’s Darcy’s job to see what talent is out there right now. We do have 2 first round picks this year as well.
man seriously though.
you are quite possibly the smartest kid on this forum…
wonder what your job is?
Every time you respond you look worse and worse…just give up at this point.
