Wow, on top of playing ourselves right out of the playoffs every team that we needed to loose has won in the past two weeks.
I can’t believe we won’t be in the playoffs this year, it seems like only yesterday we were contemplating being 6th or 5th in the conference.

this team has been so disappointingly average for such a sustained period of time. they have been a 500 hockey club for two full seasons now. eventually, you have to call it as it is… they just aren’t good enough. they don’t have enough of the right guys to be consistent. they had one month that was substantially over 500 this year, and the rest of the time they have been below average.
just pathetic. another year without playoffs. when will they realize that relying on prospects and mediocre 3rd line players wont help this team.
