No, but that may change with a new team. He’s been pretty healthy the past few seasons, is a veteran, has a cup. I think it’s a good addition.

Considering Mair made 775000 over the past few seasons, id bet that a million ends up being a bargain. I could see him getting 35-40 points this season.
Toronto will sign him, Burke said a few times how he likes his hustle and grit. I thought 1 million was a bargain.

The Buffalo Sabres have signed defenseman Shaone Morrisonn. Details of the contract have not yet been released. Morrisonn has played for the Washington Capitals for the last five seasons.
In 68 games played this past year, Morrisonn collected one goal and 11 assists. He made just under two million last season with the Capitals
Although he may not produce many points, Morrisonn has begun to prove himself as a tough, stay-at-home defenseman. During the 2008 NHL playoffs, Morrisonn played every game with a broken jaw and a separated shoulder as the team’s number one defenseman.

The Sabres won’t see a triple point season for another 4-5 years the way the teams in our division have made moves. Shit, Tampa Bay will fucking smoke us…that’s not saying much though, seeing as how they’ll have another cup in a few years.

agreed. new jersey will continue to be the fuckin stingiest team in the nhl with volchekov on their squad now. The east made far more moves to better them selves than the west and the fact that we will still have no power play qb/ goal scorer will be the top reason we will still suck.
Have you guys seen the new Jerseys?! The white one isnt to bad, pretty close to the same. But the blue one IMO looks terrible, just minore league or bar league lookin. WGR550.com has em both up, heres the blue one.
The blue one fucking rocks. It’s a take off of Minnesota’s 3rd. Which IMO is one of the BEST jerseys in the league.
I dunno. I really don’t care for the “brushy-script” lettering. I am however a big fan of the “new” Home/Away jerseys. I love the old logo and the redesign worked out very nicely.
