I’d like to see if we aren’t first in penalty kill tonight. We have stopped the last 25 or so penalties… unreal…

Agreed… they played a full game tonight and it was :tup: all around. What a good game. To bad Ottawa had to win. I think we were 5th or 6th in the league going into tonight… one or the other. Hopefully that improves soon… :).
What can u expect from the team right now…there playing with 2 lines of guys that started the season in rochester…thumbs up to the team being competitive while missing key contributors such as Briere, Gaustad, Mair, Dumont, Pyatt while filling in young forwards such as Paille, Novotney, and Thorburn.
i agree. it seems that even though we are without key players, time and time again other players have stepped up and contributed to this team’s performance. It shows depth and potential for the future. Anyone know when Briere is supposed to return?
i never liked taylor pyatt…he HAD potential but it seems he is always injured or scores one or two goals every 30 games…imo guys like paille and pominville have pretty much locked up a roster spot with there great play

After the Olympic Break.
The deal with the sabres this year is that the have a lot of depth and everyone is playing up their ability for once. It’s awesome to see that we can win without the big names. Depth will help us in the playoffs as will the return of key players
as far as being number 1 on penalty kill…not yet. The wild had a Penatly kill of 89% to our 85.5%. It’s gonna take a little while to catch them, but we have been improving as we were about 82% 2-3 weeks back.
God I hope we win this game… lol. We are playing ok right now… need to get better.
