Garage roof seems to have no/shitty flashing and thus the melt sprung a leak. Spring time I’ll be needing to have that redone.
Gonna be an expensive year with that and needing a bathroom gutted and re-done.

just had my work done in amherst from Huron plumbing located in tonawanda. cheapest around and does great work. got about 6-7 quotes and he had the best price.

Someone reported us in cheektowaga for working on a kitchen. Lol.
What was the fine?
There wasn’t any. i think they just wanted us to file our insurance with the town. And they didn’t even come for an inspection lol. We basically paid a fee to do work.
I was also unaware that you need a permit to do:
Replacement windows (1) . No change to structure
Put in a kitchen sink with existing plumbing. Has to be done by a licensed plumber loljuat?
Change kitchen cabinets ?
Low voltage under cabinet lighting

I can do a bit of everything. I can send pics of the current room I did at my moms house. Have access to all the tools needed. Since I’m not a licensed contractor, I only do small side jobs. A basement bathroom would not be a problem. Also have access to dump trailers. Just in case anybody needs this, my brothers 10 ton trailer should be fixed soon so I will have access to that and if you ever need something of that size for anything from dumping to gravel, let me know and we’ll talk delivery rates. PM if interested.
Would require a licensed contractor, licensed plumber, and licensed electrician. Pulling the permit will more than likely lead to smoke and CO2 detector compliance as well.
Cheektowaga is the worst in all of Erie and Niagara county. I wonder how long before people start to realize between thier fines and taxes Cheektowaga is not a good place to live.
