Well this guy is really a true D-Bag. The truck he hit is one of the guards trucks here at work. All of this was caught on the cameras out front of are building. So yeah, he’s a real smart one tring to do a hit and run infront of a federal building.

i saw the guard out there on his cell phone about 20-35 mins after the crash. The bike and rider i didnt see anywhere, but hopefully the cameras got his plate etc.
