I haven’t used Soulseek in years. How’s the quality of stuff on there? I’m looking for FLAC stuff. Mostly full albums. Is it good for that?
Most of it is MP3, but people do have FLAC. I usually get stuff at 320 CBR. There is little quality difference between FLAC and Mp3 320, but the size difference and compatibility difference is better with mp3. I like to get FLAC cause I know they are more times than not, genuine and aren’t at that big of risk for transcoding like mp3s are.

Also, What.CD is pretty strict. Gotta maintain a good ratio, and have to be active or you get the boot.
Does anyone have an invite code for Funfile? Registration is back up there and demonoid is still down. I need to dl some stuff.
I have no issues maintaining a solid ratio. Most of my ratios average between 3.0 to over 5. Still can’t find an invite tho…

Does Demonoid have DVD/HD quality torrents of movies in the theatres? All of the public sites like ISOHunt, Torrentz, Mininova, etc. always just have Telesync copies.
Anyone know of any sites with DVD screeners/HD movie theatre content? PM me if you don’t want to publicly say it…
i dont think thats based on torrents or ngs, if its released b4 it hits the store its a crap shoot on what you are getting, some are good copies, some are crapola, some are screeners, some are cams, you just have to know what to look for.

Ok so im new to torrents and i really have no idea what I’m doing yet. My problem is I downloaded a few movies via Utorrent and when i go to watch them, there is sound, but no picture. Just a visualization in wmp and just sound w/ a black screen in quicktime.
My ? is, are these just bad files or do I need to convert them?
