well it seems like everyone wants to do something for trav, but we need someone to step up and organize this event for it to go off right, i wouldnt have any problem doing it other then the fact that theres a lot of people who dont know who i am, so if someone wants to jump in and give me a hand with this just pm me let me know. also i talked to customlowz he said the pavilion at the crossing would be an option but it needs to be reserved so if thats something anyone wants to do we need to get on that asap, also if thatcher is still an option to everyone let me know so i can find out if we need to reserve anything there for an event like we have planned. thanks

george, i think you should reserve the crossing, that’s a really great place for a decent sized get together like this one

ok, before i go ahead and do that, im gonna need a time that is good for everyone, the 21st is the date, if anyone has a problem with that pm me and we can go from there, im thinkin early afternoon, like 1 ish for the 21st at the crossing let me know before the end of the night if thats not gonna work for a majority of you

well im gonna try the crossing first seeming its closer to most poeple, im gonna keep thatcher in my mind as an alternative as well as the offer from mimmo, i also need to know what we are lookin at for people that plan on attending, so i can get a count for food and drinks any help on food and drinks would be great pm me and let me know if you want to help

hey to all that are going, if you think this is a bad idea let me know, im thinkin maybe doin a admission fee for the 21st to cover any expenses, and all the above and beyond goes directly to trav and if the food drinks and all are purchased and “donated” then all the money will go directly to him. let me know
