i think most people will be bringing the foor and donating. I will handle all of the food and drink, as well as the means to cook them. I wont need any money for reimbursement, and I will also be giving money to the fund as well.

On a side note: I personally think saratoga state park would be a better choice…and its out of season so we wouldnt hafto pay to get into the park ($6 fee in the summer) but we should let Travis decide where it should be held.
