if u read my post, i never said he can’t. i just said i would like to see it for myself. plz read carefully please. and any highway ramp is easy to do. but one with walls? that is one lane? that would impress me more than a ramp without guard rails. reason being becuase if u screw up ur tail doesn’t hit anything and there is more room for error and correction. i would like to meet you alesserfate. not that i doubt ur skill, but i would really like to see it and be impressed. hope to see you this season. BUT NEWAYS, back ontopic.

Haha that’s right, 2nd gear, full lock, 7k rpm. my engine cried, the ramp is pretty long :?, and pretty damn scary, i almost pissed my pants doing it, but i had to because you did it first, and how can i just stand there and take you sliding the ramp like that? :o

about the ramp being slid in the movie, TM is right, a good entry, keeping an eye on how close the front of your car is and good throttle manipulation (only possible with lots of power, of course), and you’re set. If it’s not CG though, chances are they took more than 1 350z to pull off that stunt…

It’s just a movie guys, let’s all enjoy it, who cares about all the fakeness. You can all prove each other wrong once the movie comes out. Show all your “drifting” skills off to each other. Drift every highway ramp. You will get mad respect for sure. My dream is to drift a highway ramp in front of everyone during a son meet so people will be like “damn, that guy is pretty cool.”

Btw, i been drifting my car since i bought it in 1992. The only reason i bought it was so that it could be turned into a drift machine.

anyone who is impulsive enough and can afford to drop everything, buy a car and soup it up to “drift” because they saw a movie about it would have either done it already or be into so many different cool things that they wouldn’t have time for drifting.

i say let them buy whatever car they want, they’ll be crying later that their body kit was too expensive, and didn’t help them in drifting. And then they’ll realize there’s alot of rust in the cars so they have to spend money on fixing that. And then they have to start spending cash on suspension and wheels and tires. And they’ll still crash on to a tree.

this movie has nothing to do with 240’s BECOMING popular. It might make them increase in value but they are amazing cars and they’ve been popular for a while. I dont see them suddenly not being popular anymore anytime soon. Enjoy the movie, enjoy the hype, enjoy the cheap parts (ala honda civic) but DO NOT DRIFT PARKING GARAGE RAMPS.
