At this point they don’t want to pay for demo. It is an old dairy barn in a L shape with a gable roof, I don’t know the exact dimensions. My best guess is about 65ft on each long side of the L and 30-40 feet wide.
A friend and I looked at doing this once before but the logistics of storing the harvested lumber until use / sale made it an expensive concept. Reclaimed lumber products are cool and it’s great if you can turn it into something useable. The character of that stuff can be awesome.
