… got nothing better to do on nights like tonight. i went over to a buddies house for maybe 2 hours and parked half on the grass and half in the road. i came out at 2:30am, and found a parking ticket shoved in my door for $20. come on man, it’s not even snowing out. of course i’m gonna just pay the $20, but still …

yeah it does … but there really isnt anything I can do about it … my buddy usually throws parties at his house so the cops know to go by there and write tickets. i figured that since there were only 2 cars outside, they wouldn’t even bother … i was wrong

officer fitzgerald and I are buddies now, he impounded my bike and gave me 5 tickets over the summer. hes always over at louies at night, and when my gf works overnights i usually sit down with him and have a cup of coffee

is officer fitzgerald a younger guy with dark hair? if so, i stopped in there about 2 weeks ago to meet up with a few people and they were getting thrown out when I got there by an op cop lol. shrives, is your g/f brandy? yeah i know one of the op cops personally … maybe he can get it thrown out for me and save me the $20

not likely. a very good source told me that they don’t have quotas. it was prolly a young officer trying to make a name for himself.
theres no offical quota, its agaisnt federal law, but you can have a happy SGT or an angry SGT and they can make life hell
i got pulled over last night…cops were out everywhere. good thing i just cleaned my glove box out cuz i had no idea where my registration was.
hehe…my uncle’s a cop in Buffalo. while it’s true there is no actual quota, they do have to at least make it look like they are doing something when they are out on beat. Monthly performance reviews and evaluations, shit like that.
