Matthew Martin… I notice from all the posting you do, that you like to harass people, threaten uninvolved parties, and prompt others to help you in these endeavors. Let’s clear some things up here. You were sold a part by Jason that worked. You tried it in your car and claim it doesn’t work. You were offered a refund policy that was fair, to be sent half the money up front, and the other half when the part was verified to be returned in good condition. You refused this offer on the SVT performance board. You also seem to be good at buying and selling things just before Christmas, what with 2 kids and all, I guess they need a blower for their dad’s car to play with under the tree. Noticed you sold a Predator at the start of all of this mess wonder why needed to buy another one. Also, noticed how you and your "internet buddies” were pretty good at making crude comments about a woman you don’t know personally. Real mature. Now here’s the deal as I see it…I believe you are a dealer in car parts and the story of a single dad with kids at Christmas is just a front. Posting my info on the web and then asking the folks there to harass us is a very poor business move at best and just under the radar scope of complicity if something more serious were to happen here. Jason does not live here and my number is not a good one to reach him. Putting that kind of request on the web is also kind of strange, as we were able to print it out and turn it over the local authorities here. As I WAS out of town this last week, you were only able to speak with my wife, and that’s who received the phone calls. Because of that, I asked the police to make extra rounds in our neighborhood and being friends with them, they were only to happy to comply.
Jason, my wife or I don’t have the luxury of sitting in front of the computer on bulletin boards all day, neither should a single dad w/2 kids and a part time job. How do you afford to buy all the parts or toys for you and your cars in that situation, but then that’s you business, not ours. Jason is out of town until next Thursday as you well know. Even against Pay pal advice, we were willing to send 1/2 and half. But now considering all the posting and embellishment, the dramatics you’ve employed, and the stress you’ve put my wife and family through, I would want to see the part in our hands to ensure that you didn’t sell it or try to swap it out with another “married one.” If, as you claim it was married to Jason’s old VIN, then we will still be able to see it in the code and only then would I return your funds to you via Pay pal. That is the relief you will be offered. The police have already involved, so a few more won’t bother me.
Kids, threatening people’ property, their families and harassing them is a crime and I have been printing out the info for records of this since it began.
Matt, that is the best you are going to do in this situation, and your refusal of this offer only means that I am completely correct in my suspicions of you and your motivations
