what your guys thoughts on these rims on a '97 240sx?
They aren’t bad looking, but they’re heavy as shit. If you don’t care about performance too much, I figure they’d be a good choice.
yeah thats exactlly what i was thinking. heavy as shit!! im not overly concerned with performance at this point, but i am concerned with these rims being on every car in next few months, Motegi arnt veryr rare. but i do like the look of them for sure.
If you worry about what other people have, you’ll have to shell out serious money for some HRE rims or Formula 1 BBS wheels. Don’t worry about it - make your car look good to you! 
I would wait until you find some similar looking wheels that are lightweight. Otherwise they are just going to empty your pocket and slow you down.

pricing seems to be around $1300-1500 USD depending on 17"-18" and higher depending on what rubber you want.

Get volks is they are that expensive. Motegi is crap, definently not worth $1300 us

They are nice but for the money you should just get a set of these!
Did a little more research, thoes Motegi are about 700-800 usd and not 1300ish like i said earlier, which is not to bad. Plus right now im all show and no go haha, until next year anyways so well see how it goes with thoes rims, i think they would look wikkid though. Im not going higher end wheel this season, moving to calgary in Sept so need to save alittle $.
