Saw it on Friday in the front of the shop. I dropped off some parts today and I didnt notice it anywhere.
ontopic boys…
Pittsburgh Collision they do great work as well and their not to far from mcknight
I’ll second this. Pittsburgh Collision does OUTSTANDING work.
GIs on Rt. 8 in Shaler does very good work as well.
I’ve heard that Mascari’s is good too, but I have no personal experience with them.
I’ve dealt with Pittsburgh Collision several times and have been very happy. I dealt with GIs once and was also very happy.

Talk to Jimmy tell him Mike sent you. He is a work first apraisal site for State Farm and has done all my work, wife’s work, and familes work. He will have it done in a timely manor and done right the first time. He is one of the best paint matchers in the area. and the quote will be right on the money, not over charged.
Everyone I have referred to him has been more than happy with his work and prices.
cause it was prob. getting its alignement…im picking it up like in an hour! ![]()
Palermo in Wexford. Cheaper than Mascari (at least in my dealings with both of them), and work every bit as good, if not better.
Eh I would avoid Mascari. My past two accidents that they repaired there have been mistakes, parts not lining up, badges put on really crooked. They seem to have gone down in quality. IMHO
It seems to find a good body shop is tough.
wright did a good job on mine. but im sure they are really expensive and the volume they have would take a little longer too probably.
i would take it to a VW dealer
where did u take it?

they do awsome work!!
this i know. i tow for him and see their work everyday. they repaired and painted my SS hood. i couldn’t have asked for it to be any nicer.
Critchlow’s is hit or miss. They’ve done some decent work and some horrible work for me. I’ll never go back.
Well… it sucks I just found this thread… but my family owns a body shop corporation… we have 2 locations, but were a little far from you… we have locations in monongahela and belle vernon. If you lived around here or felt like traveling just hit me up… we are a PRO shop for all the major insurance companys you could think of. I can even work to get you custom parts in place of OEM if applicable, like a front bumper, etc…
If traveling is not an option for you, I can tell you that I 1000% advise you to take your car to Johnny Mocks Auto Body… my father and I have been close personal friends with Johnny forever… I remember him from when I was a little kid. Johnny is the president of NACE (national autobody convention expo) which is the leader in the collision industry, he also led the ASA. There is no other shop I would reccomend than Johnnys.
This is my opnion, take it for what its worth… this is comming from someone that has been in the industry for years. Also tell him that Mark (myname) or Fran (dads name) Roberts sent you… and he will take care of you!
