We were looking at mortgage refinancing, expenses, etc, and college will basically be like a fairly high car payment. And I’d like to have the house paid off in 7-10 years. Freakin’ responsibilities!

I hear ya! I wanna buy a Diesel truck but can’t justify another car payment right now, since I have a company vehicle that is completely free to me.
